We've enhanced our Call Details with a new look and design for a more friendly user experience. It is now easier to read with the most insightful and actionable data at the forefront of the Call Detail.
Coming soon, we will also be adding Call Tags for every call for improved user experience and to provide more data-based insights. This new feature will allow us to tag calls for specific topics or phrases mentioned on a call, allowing users to filter through calls more efficiently.
The first category of Call Tags that will be released is Procedure. Call Box will recognize a particular procedure that the agent or patient mentioned on the call. This is identified from the call's transcription and shown on the Call Details page. In the future, you'll be able to filter calls by Procedure tag and receive alerts by calls containing a certain procedure!
